Simply start writing down tasks to do, then draw a diagonal line in the tick box to indicate that a task has been initiated but not fully completed. If the task is urgent, draw a square around the tick box to facilitate visual identification of all urgent tasks. Once the task has been completed, draw a second diagonal line in the tick box or strike the line through. For daily use to keep track of activities at a glance, showing quick identification of urgent tasks or ones that have not been started.
